Can I customize a party package?
Yes. Tell us about your guest count, venue and event date. We can quote additions or substitutions based on availability; changes may affect the price.
Can I choose which inflatable is included?
The Backyard and Birthday packages offer the four eligible choices listed above. The Ultimate package includes the Shark Obstacle Course. Ask for a custom quote if you want a different inflatable.
Can I add extra tables or chairs?
Yes. Additional 8 ft rectangular tables are $12 each, and white folding chairs are $2.50 each, subject to availability.
Are delivery and setup included?
The Graduation package includes setup and takedown. Delivery follows our service-area policy; any extra distance, special setup or ballast charges are confirmed in your quote.
Can party packages be used for graduation parties?
Yes. The Graduation package provides covered seating for up to 32 guests. The Backyard and Ultimate packages add activities for a larger celebration.
Can packages be set up on driveways?
We review the available space, surface and anchoring requirements first. Hard-surface tent setups may require an additional anchoring or ballast fee. Each inflatable must also have a suitable separate setup area.
