A: Yes. To ensure safety and protect our equipment, no soap, baby oil, water additives, or other substances may be applied to inflatable slides or surfaces to make them “faster.” These substances create serious safety hazards and significantly increase the risk of injury. They can also damage the inflatable material and will be considered intentional damage. Any resulting damage or repairs will be the responsibility of the renter. We ask all customers to follow this rule strictly to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Capacity varies by unit, rider size, and manufacturer guidelines. For slides, allow one rider per lane at a time and only one person in the climbing area. Please follow the instructions provided by our setup crew and shown on the inflatable.

No. Only units identified as “Wet/Dry” may be used with water. Please select your preferred setup when booking and never add water to a dry-only inflatable.
